At the Officer's Club, distilled spirits and liqueurs are our wheelhouse. Our founder has experience in distilling on both the home and commercial scales, and has spend considerable time and effort to present a selection of spirits of the highest quality. Our focus is mostly on Rum and European Brandy, but we stock everything from Absinthe to Mezcal and everything in between. For more information, ask your bartender!
